It bought back the programs it had when I take it out of the Box. it will turn "RED" Don't Freak!!! take your Finger off when it turns red. keep your finger on O ( key ) when the machine comes on again. It, it still wont import my video to dvd maker. I recently unistalled cheetah dvd burner, which i thought was the problem, but after I uninstalled I was able to import mp4 files into dvd maker, but now it won't allow. I had the same problem, but before that, it worked just fine. anyway.that's all I have as info!! Good Burning to you.

Yet when I go to add an mp4 file it is not even seen unless I choose 'all files' and then I am told I have searched help from within the dvd maker program and it clearly states that mp4 IS a supported file format.
